We recently went away and found that our Thetford fridge (model N80) had stopped working on 240v but was okay on gas.OH has checked the 240v heater element which does get hot. The 12v element has very high resistance, possibly faulty, but he does not think this would effect the 240v use.Does anyone have any suggestions or advice as to why it will not work on 240v?

I seem to recall hearing about this problem before with this model fridge - the diagnosis was a new condenser required. Apparently the 240v stops then the 12v and finally the gas.

However, as with all things of this ilk this may not the problem with yours
