Hi everyone

I have a problem with my Isabella Ambassador 2502 awning. One of the poles broke in high winds recently and I've sourced a replacement but we need to replace the fittings on the pole as these broke too.

I've been looking on ebay and found different sizes on ebay such as:

23mm Pole Hook

26mm Pole Hook

30.5mm Pole Hook

We have the older style IXL carbon poles which are a light grey colour rather than the newer dark grey ones if that helps. The awning is a 1992 if the model number of 2502 is correct.

The awning and poles are in storage and its a bit of a drive just to measure so was hoping someone could advise for the correct diameter of fitting from the above ebay links.

Thanks
Amy

The size of the rafter* poles vary with the size of the awning, the larger [ from your info the 30.5] being used in the larger size awnings which would IMO include yours.
The rafters being telescopic with the next size tube down being used in the forward section. My old 1991 825 CM used the 26/23 size my later 2002 1000CM uses 30.5/26.

*Rafter= roof, the van to front stretcher poles.

The vertical legs use a 26mm top tube with an internal 23 mm telescopic inner lower tube.[Again based on your info].
The Gables both for the main frame and canopy, and the short canopy stand-outs again use the two telescopic 26 and 23 mm tubes.

Note I have had to assume the sizes you quote are the only options as I have not measured mine but know there are three sizes.
