Hi everyone
I have a problem with my Isabella Ambassador 2502 awning. One of the poles broke in high winds recently and I've sourced a replacement but we need to replace the fittings on the pole as these broke too.
I've been looking on ebay and found different sizes on ebay such as:
23mm Pole Hook
26mm Pole Hook
30.5mm Pole Hook
We have the older style IXL carbon poles which are a light grey colour rather than the newer dark grey ones if that helps. The awning is a 1992 if the model number of 2502 is correct.
The awning and poles are in storage and its a bit of a drive just to measure so was hoping someone could advise for the correct diameter of fitting from the above ebay links.
