i bought some alloy wheels off ebay from them, no problem but that was 4 years ago. they have a lot of vans there , from what i can see on ebay alot are damage repaired.

Experience with SFM caravans from Thornton near Bradford. Sold me a damaged window for our Bessacarr Cameo and will not reply to emails now he has my money. A joke if you ask me cost £125 for a broken park. Avoid this Company at all costs...
I have emailed sfm caravans a few times, never got back to me. I know he does up caravans and has a lot of happy customers so he obviously knows his way round a sealant gun!
The business has grown a lot over the past couple of years I think and maybe his eBay staff aren't up to much.
Yes, its the same old thing I'm afraid, won't answer any emails since he got paid, was fine beforehand answering every email no problem. Sold me a damaged window for £125 and now he has gone deaf and blind, typical rubbish after sales. Another lesson learned....AVOID SFM CARAVANS BRADFORD.
We have just bought a second hand caravan...when we were looking we tried to find this place ,but never did...anyway we bought one from Loudhams in Huddersfield.Glad we never found this place now.
Had ours 2 seasons now and no problems. Offers 1 year warranty with every caravan which I thought was big plus being novices. OK they are damaged repaired but looking at other stuff at other places on my budget I was less than impressed, shocked in some cases.
