On my last trip I noticed that the upholstery is started to fray at the edge of the seams on the seat cushions.

As you can see the van is not old and I'm concerned that this is going to spread.

The warranty has just ran out in February so I know I've no comeback with Lunar.

Is there any advise you could give me? I dont want it spreading along the seat cushion but cant see how I can repair it as its frayed.

Its not pretty, but you might be able to stop the fraying from running, by sealing it with something like clear nail varnish.

This is disgusting in a van so new unless you have given it a seriously bad time. Warranty or no I would certainly give Lunar a piece of my mind.

Quite happy with the van otherwise, just a shame this is happening.
