Hello there

Can anyone tell me if they tow with a Renault Modus what they tow and how they get on with it.I have a 1.5 dci Oasis.Any help would be great. Chris.

PS. Just sold folding camper does anyone tow a caravan
with a modus.

I saw one on holiday - they had a small pop top caravan with an awning - seemed to fit the two of them and a small dog fine. Sorry - not much help, but at least it is possible!

I think the Modus has a very low towing weight which would be very restrictive if you were looking for a suitable caravan. Probably best to check the permissible weights before you do much research.

Low towing weight limit of 900kgs absolute maximum on these which (depending on exact spec) equates to roughly 77% towing match.
So possible, but fairly restricted to what you can tow.

Some of the folding caravans built in the 1990/2000 era would be ok- including some of the earlier Gobur models.  I think all the current ones are to heavy
