I am new to this forum so I hope i am observing the correct procedures, my apologis if not.
Can anyone advise me where I may find details of the frame work of the micron. i have a small leak above the front window and I wish to repair the damage myself.
If you only have a small leak on a 922 year old van then you are doing well!
As regards the framework, you are most unlikely to get any sort of diagrams etc on the caravan.
If the van is of a similar construction to the other Lunar models of that era, they were prone to leaks above the front window which rotted out the shelf on the inside.
Unfortunately the shelf was structural and tied into the sides of the caravan, which made an effective repair a real b*stard. I saw many on forecourts that had had the shelf removed or bodged by replacing it with a piece of wood and a couple of brackets (or lots of glue!), which must have weakened the structure considerably.
If this is your problem , its either a sizeable job or a quick bodge. Sorry.
