It was our first time away in our new to us Bailey Ranger 550/6 and all went well. The sun was shining down all weekend. We got to know where all the buttons were and how things worked without an major dramas.
I felt that good at the end of it that I even towed the van back to my father-in-laws where we store it! I usually leave that bit to hubby but thought he could do with a break
We have managed to squeeze in another weekend before half term too. It's not always easy as he works shifts. Maybe now I can do everything like the handbrake and jockey wheel me and the kids could disappear for weekends
Thanks to everyone on here for all the hints and advice, we would have been lost without all the support from all the helpful people
If things have gone to plan on your first trip then your'e off to a good start to say the least. Well done and glad you enjoyed it and hope the future has plenty more happy days ahead in your caravan.
