I tried a glue gun. useless. I found impact adhesive worked well. Stick to both surfaces and let it go tacky and then press together.

the only thing that worked for me when the ends started peeling was extra strong super glue. ------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

Is your van not still under warranty?
------------- Are you sure you've read the instructions?

Have you tried a hot iron on top of a tea towel, this normally melts the original glue and re-sticks it.

Waterproof wood glue is what you need.
AND....I would be complaining to Coachman if it is extensive.------------- Jennifer

Evostick worked for us after glue guns and superglue failed. Just need to clear the surfaces.

we had a similar issue in our Swift when it was about 3 years ago. Quite common apparently. I used contact adhesive. I kept it in the caravan for when I saw an edge peeling.
