Hi i wonder if anyone could help, we have a very annoying drip coming through the bathroom roof vent its not major it's a verly slow drip, my husband bought an external sealer and went round the edge of the vent where the vent sits on the roof but it's still dripping grrrrrrr, we do get a build up of water on top of the vent where the screws are when it rains heavy so he sealed those as well, we are now running out of ideas to what is causing this .

If the caravan is old the plastic roof hatches become brittle & crack easily. You can generally still get replacements. If you do find a crack, Gaffer tape will do a semi permanent repair.
An annoying drip - thats what the wife calls me. I dont think just adding sealant will do the trick i believe you need to remove all offending screws clean off all old sealant and replace. I would also replace screws with stainless steel one.
