Saw these at NFOL, they appear to look like netting but do deflect the wind. Not my cup of tea, lack of privacy, can't take more than a light shower. But they were aimed at Motor-homers and their needs may be different.

They look like a good idea if you travel abroard , i have been waiting for the sun to shine in this country for a few years now click on this summer in cornwall

or this rain
have a look at this also not sunshade but looks good with motorhome ect enclosure

Alpiner, we have a Fiamma canopy on our 'van and was looking at this as an option instead of paying out megabucks for the privacy room but thanks for the link, cheers
