Ok I know it happens but just had our new van for first service and it is showing damp only 11 months old and the chap at service said they're doing quiet a few !!!!
Very bad luck mate.
Hopefully it will be all sorted with the warranty and you've caught it early.
I'm surprised such a new van has such problems - not a good advert for the manufacturer.
A neighbour of mine recently had his 'van serviced and they found that Swift had not put any sealant around the flue vent in the roof thereby allowing water ingress into the ceiling. Unfortunately it was out of warranty and has probably been leaking slightly for a long time. I hope that one day manufacturers will realise that they are producing a luxury item that should not have these type of faults and that they train their staff (and give them the tools and time) to take more pride in their work.

A few years ago i had an elddis leaked before 2nd service traded it in with another unsuspecting dealer for a swift, kept it for 3years then wanted a different layout. The only one available at the time was an elddis,in my stupidity i bought it and that again leaked before 2year old. I have learned the hard way , will not touch elddis again.I have had 11 vans all purchased new they were the only ones that had this problem.
