Does anyone out there have a kampa rally 200 awning?
We purchased one and used it for the first time last week. It was great a good size it fit everything inside just as we wanted, but after it had rained heavily, the next morning there was a wet patch on the floor, not huge but on looking closer it seemed to be dripping from the toggles used to hold the blinds up. We purchased the awning second hand and now are worried it has a leak, there does not seem to be any holes at all and it was only used a couple of times by the previous owner. Has anyone else had this problem?

It could be condensation as nylon is not breathable and will condensate without ventilation. Was the inside of the roof/ walls wet? I suppose the only to be sure is to put it up and soak it

I have always found that we gat a fair amount of condensation with nylon/lightweight type awnings.

More than likely to be condensation, there have been some severe dips in tempreture overnight recently, and after a relatively warm day in the autumn sun, where contents would have warmed up and held the inside tempreture at a few degrees higher than the outside night time temps, then condensation is bound to form.

We have got its big brother the 260, but the only time we get any real problem with condensation is if we heat up the inside if we are using it as extra living space on a cool evening when we have visitors to stay.

We have the same awning which we have owned from new. We experienced the same leaks in heavy rain as yourselves.

I phoned Kampa who sent me a free bottle of sealant which cured the leaks

Oh right,i'm glad you told me that, at least I know it can be sorted. Could you tell me where you use the sealant? Did yours leak and drip from the toggles? Thanks

P.s Could you give me the phone number for Kampa
