We are looking for a 22" tv (or thereabouts) for our caravan with freesat built in + freeview and a DVD player (to replace our current tv / freesat box / dvd and millions of cables!).
Can anyone recommend a particular model? Ideally no more than £250.

They do a Sharp at £242 which does everything you need, they also have a vast selection of others worth a look.
I have used them many times, the service is first class, and don't be scared off by some unusual brand names - I have a Hannspree tv in the bedroom and is a better set than the very expensive Toshiba we have in the lounge.
There was a recent thread on this subject and someone was asking about Tesco's own brand 'Technika' whether they were any good. Apparently there were no complaints and people said what good value for money they are. I think they also come with a 3 year guarantee.

Have a look on the ebuyer website.

Hubby is insisting that the tv needs to have freesat so that we can do away with the box (not to be mistaken with freeview, which most tv's nowadays have). Not easy to find.

I'll stand corrected, but I've only ever seen high-end Panasonic model's with integral Freesat which was in leiu of Freeview. Not seen a set with both.
we got a Teknika 22ins from Tesco with dvd player freeview and usb so movies can be downloaded .looks good to in red. dont think you will get freesat for that price.
Hubby has decided to go for the it...it's only supplied by one company in the UK and they sell on Amazon and Ebay (it's a German make).
It was cheaper to buy from Ebay as p&p was free, we went for the 19" one though at £229. PLus it comes with a free memory stick so we can download programmes onto it at home and take it with us to watch in the caravan :) I love the fact that it's 12v too. It will mean we can do away with the tangle of spaghetti cables that take up half of my work surface in the caravan!
If anyone is interested the item number is: 220885307889
Oh, and I went through Quidco to get cashback.
That's hubby's Xmas present sorted ha ha.
