mmm......It makes it more difficult if the dealer is not near to you, it would take up a day each way to take back. We bought our van locally but it's still a faff if they don't get it right in one trip. If the more serious issues involved removing panels or pulling it to pieces I'd have a refund.

Do you really like the van? Have they got another one to swap it with?

Popped into our local dealer today and their forecourt is over flowing with vans of all ages and we were the only ones looking round...I'd wait until March...
