Hi all.  I am hoping someone can help me.  I bought a 2010 Sterling Eccles Quartz in May and paid cash in full form Discover Leisure Leeds.  I rang yesterday to book in for a few warrenty issues we have, as we were to to use for the summer then book in at end of summer when we had finished using.  I found out when calling that they had gone into Admisitration my problem is i have a 6 year warrenty with the van.  Is the warrenty with Discover or Sterling? can i book into any Sterling dealer to carry out this work?

There is lots of information about this on the caravan forum, it might be worth having a quick read there and then contacting the manufacturer to see which dealers you could use for warranty work.

My van has still a bit of warranty left, but the warranty is with a n other, not Discover. Not that ill be troubling them now.
Im quite glad the company is no more. Saves me getting all the bloody emails they bombard you with - in duplicate in my case!

I found them to be really helpfull but i suppose they will be when you are handing over £15000 in cash?!! i have been on the swift group website who directed me to Dickenson caravans in Bradford, the helpful guy i spoke to there said they will undertake the warrenty clainms on my van and will do the serviceing no problems.  Result.  Thanks for you help and comments
