going on holiday the end of November, took a while to get insurance cover for hubby as he has carcinoid syndrome (a rare cancer) managed to get cover , but the syndrome wasn't covered thats fine, anyway took the insurance out 13th October then he had a siezure on 27th October he's had a brain scan which came back clear now waiting for an EEG hospital think that the seizure could be just a one off and has given him the all clear to go away. Phoned the insurance company today to let them know about the seizure they've told me if he has one while we are away he would not be covered even though cover was purchased before the seizure. Seems to me that they only insure what they want to insure and only if you don't take ill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
