Hi Jeff, I have looked at video again, and it looks like a 4inch loop, cant see enough of a loop to take it off tow ball (if it is in fact dropped down on top of tow ball) only sensible thing to do is take it off prior to dropping the hitch, though video dose not show that part.

As a previous poster said Line centre of rear screen up with center line of Caravan. With a bit of tape. eventually you will get used to it you won't even use the tape

first time I ever hitched up a mate was doing the waving bit did the stop signal after i'd backed into the van done it on my own ever since.

then reverse up

The more you do, the easier it is.
