Hi Paul, We store our caravan on a Gold Cassoa site and the cost is approx £270 for the year. So your £300 doesn't seem too bad. Also when mentioned where our caravan is stored on taking out our caravan insurance we get a reduction on the cost of this. Dont think its much maybe 5%, but it all helps.

I'm down south & I pay £5 per week (so £260 PA). I thought that was cheap, & I guess I'm right.
My storage is all cash in hand, no questions though. It's up to me to secure the van, although he's never lost one yet & it's nicely tucked away, with the only access going right past the owner's house.
Suits me, although my van's not actually insured (it's over 20 years old & cost around £500) I will be looking into insurance though, as a similar van, in the peak buying season, would easily cost me in excess of a grand, & there's no way I could afford to replace it if stolen.
Paul, we store ours at Dinnington, its cassoa Gold. opening hours are crap and it costs £355 a year so your £300 is better than ours . where do you store yours?

We pay £8.50 per week [£442 p.a.] Cassoa Gold site. I know the van is safe, undercover & and I don't have to worry about it being stolen or unavailable for holidays. Not cheap but peace of mind costs.
I pay £370 per year on a CASSOA silver site. It is very secure and there is a long waiting list to get on. We did move to another site where we were charged £350 for the first year. The second year the price went up to £475 and the space shrunk so it was only just possible to get the Van in. Not surprisingly we moved back to the CASSOA site.
