oh has just got his hours for work for the Christmas and new year period and unfortunately he will be working new year (which we hoped he would have off this year as he worked last year).
Just about to cancel Clumber Park we had booked from 31/12-2/1 and thought i'd post on here in case anybody wants to try and claim it.

cant see any reason why not ? cancel now and someone can phone the site in the morning there should be a pitch available, it may even go live on the website as having availability before then
nice one i say to give folks on here a chance of a pitch.id like to go but working over new year
You could post the time you intend to make the cancellation and then someone could try immediately afterwards. It might not work but worth a try.

in supermarket department manager land that doesn't happen unfortunately. the other manager in the department has been moved elsewhere for the christmas period so there is no option to change-its Christmas Eve and Christmas day off. (not that i'm complaining at that as there are many people that have to work 24/7)
Just thought i'd give people on here a heads up as i know Clumber gets booked up well in advance and i thought people might try for the space-if i didn't tell them they would assume the site was still fully booked
