do any of you fellow caravanner`s know where i can get an exhaust deflector to fit my nissan terrano ,because she`s an old diesel we get black deposits over our new van!!!!
i purchaced 1 from e-bay but it is angled at 45 degrees and is not up to the job
i need a 90 degree one the only problem is that the tailpipe diameter is 72mm
Go down to an exhaust centre and ask if they have anything in the scrap bin or,a haulage contractor who repair their own trucks.Both might have an old exhaust which you could cut the end piece off and paint it silver with high temp paint.Just an idea if your stuck.
We had the same problem so I just bought a chrome trim to fit the tailpipe that bent down, job done. Just went to my local car spares told them what I wanted and they sorted one for me it was around £8.
What about THIS it's not cheap but appears to be what you are looking for, it comes in 73.5 mm

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
If you can not find a deflector to fit your tail pipe, have you thought of cutting a small vee shape out of the pipe, then angling it down and welding it up where it was cut!
