Hi All, Merry Christmas to All.  Has anyone seen the new Pennine, they have brought out a folding caravan, it looks pretty smart,24 price around £15000, Just had a look on their site, by the looks of it, it will give Gobur some competition.24

We thought it was good if you are short of somewhere to store but it's expensive and we feel the fixed bed in an extravagance.

Hi Rizzo, Was not bothered about fixed bed, that may be a bonus, I was comparing its price and accessories to the Gobur caravans, and seam to get more equipment, like hot water and toilet, and its weight is very much lighter than the Gobur vans, have been looking at the Gobur for some time now and have found that most of their vans come with ( this or that) and most did not have hot water,( that was optional)  the folding caravans are expensive compared to a normal van, the Pennine though around the same price range as Gobur, may be better value for your money, I like the interior of the Pennine, I think this van warrants further investigation, down side for me is the fact it only has AC only heater, that could be replaced.24

See previous post.

I think the consensus was that it was a lot of money for its size.

Hi brianconwy, Just looked at your  See “previous post” didn’t realise that it has been advertised earlier this year,24 must stop hibernating so early in the year,24 I saw the add in the club magazine to-day, Generally they do tend to be very expensive for what they are.
