Until New Year we were owners of a Sunncamp Scenic porch awning, but after a few years use, it gave up the ghost while camping in Devon.
Two options we are looking at are the 2011 Sunncamp Ultima 260 Plus or the 2011 Outdoor Revolution Techlite Pro L.
Does anyone have either of these awnings or any experience of them?
I thought I had the OR one but googled it and dont! However if you would like a recommendation that is very similar then look at this, we have this and love it
IMHO a bargain, and you can fit annexes on either end if you ever wish. We went to Norwich Camping solely to buy an awning we'd seen online, but it was out of stock and they recommended this instead.

Thanks for the idea, but that awning looks too shallow for our needs with a table & dog crate amongst other things.
Hi Zafiral. At the expense of becoming extremely repetative, I do so only in case yoiu have not seen any of my previous posts on this. Our Kampa Fiesta is the best lightweight awning we have had. We get our large table, 3 large recliner chairs, and a variety of other things in it too. See my picture gallery for a good idea of what it is like. It is substantial and easy to put up. Poles are steel. It has roof poles ans the front and two sides zip out if you need too. You can get zip on side extensions (intended for sleeping extra people) thaty can be used for extra storeage if needed - we find it big enough without. It comes in two sizes: the 270 and the larger 350 ours). Any more info. required, please ask - I'll be pleased to answer. By the way - I'm not on any form of commission!!

I wished I was, Murano! I always worry that anyone buying an awning (or anthing else) on recommendation, just might be disappointed. I hope you get on with the Fiesta - I would feel so awful if you (or anyone else) didn't like it. Please give some feedback when you've had chance to try it.
David, for the same reason I hope you enjoy Looe, I would feel guilty if you don't enjoy your stay.
Re the Kampa awning, I am nervous to buy one online, so I will try & find a local dealer. A 350 is too big for our window positions so if we get one it will have to be a 270.

We use the sunncamp 260 ultima. Very happy with it and have now sold our canvas porch awning so fully committed to it.
Yes David I think you should be on commission, it was following your posts that we went to get the kampa fiesta but they were out of stock.
To the original poster, I would say check the dimensions, as I believe it is the same?? From what I remember. It is certainly not shallow and the lovely thing is that there are two doors each end, plus the large middle one giving lots of options.
We have a table, three chairs and son's bike in it. Next year when we go with our ne puppy for the first time I am more than onfident that her crate will fit too.
Catie, according to OR's website the awning is 210 deep compared to 240 or 250 deep for the other awnings we are looking at. Also the nearest place I have found it is the link you posted & I am aiming not to buy an unseen awning.
Another dealer nearish to where I work has a Kampa Fiesta 270 on their website so a phone call to check if they have a physical one may be in order.
hi zafiral check out one of these, we got rid of our Sunncamp ultima for this last september, our friends had one up one weekend last year and the difference in size was massive. easy fits table dog crate and bikes in.
over the years i've had sunncamp scenic, scenic + ultima 260 and 390,this by far is the best use of space of them all, only downside is the no side opening doors other than that great
Unfortunately 340 is too wide for our window spacing. Also we have a full awning for long breaks. I guess that is a Riversway only awning & I want to physically see any awning I buy.
Ok np i'm sure they do a smaller one (270?) but yeah it is a riversway awning, we only use this for short breaks only takes 10 mins to put up, and use the full awning for main holidays.
I'm sure riversway will be at the caravan show is it not next month ??
Went to Camping & General Canvey Island at lunchtime to look at the Kampa Fiesta. Unfortunately the edges against the caravan were too wide so it wouldn't fit between the open door & window.
While there saw a Outdoor Revolution Compactlite 250 for £145. That was too good a deal to miss so I got one of those. I'll post some pics next month when we go to Conkers.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
