In My opinion they cant look after the customers they had

never mind poaching for more in other areas !

I agree with Big Al, we bought ours from them and the sales staff are great.

The customer services are rubbish, I think they should visit Loudhams to see how customer services should be. Dont they realise repeat sales come from the after sales staff. I certainly wont be buying another new van from them, or even getting ours serviced by them again.
