Just a quick message for all caravanner's in Wigan and surrounding areas - now that Bradburn Camping and Discover Leisure have gone its nice to know some companies are still out there trying - Wigan Caravans in Orrell have started doing some accessories and Calor gas

Thats good to hear, wasnt sure where I was going to get gas from locally now Bradburns has closed.

not sure where you normally buy in the NW but there is a place on Coppull Mill that does loads of different gases.   They may be cheaper too as they are a gas place, not a camping shop.    We used to get our LPG there (for car) but saw loads of people getting various gasses from there too.  Think we have had gas for camping from there in the past but not needed any for ages!

Hi - first time post I was a regular customer at Bradburns and living just down the road it was also very handy for gas etc - now I use Wigan Caravans for the same purpose and yes other places maybe cheaper for gas but you still have to take in travel and price of petrol it probably work out the same - as for the shop it maybe small at the moment but I believe their planning to expand this year - plus up to now any parts they did'nt have they soon got for me - so yes I'm a happy camper
