Was looking for a few more ideas for caravan cooking, had alook at the caravan cookbook by M Riveron but it was all a bit fancy, dont get me wrong I love cooking and at home can spend hours in the kitchen but in the caravan I want to make quick tasty meals.
I did get a couple a things from the book - choc fondue for pud going to do that, and the storecupboard tips were good use pesto intead of chopping garlic (I have a bit of a thing about th caravan smelling!)
My fab find however is a good housekeeping - caravan cooking book got it of e bay for £2.50 its circa 1970's with a cover that could be from a ladybird book, Its great has a chapter on kitchen set up and the recipes are basic with simple ingredients, I recommend this as a fab find.
Would also be interested in any other good books or ideas.
roll on easter......
