With support from Swift Group and Salop Leisure, Calor have purchased a new Sterling Eccles Sport 586SR which has been fully branded up as the bright red ‘Calorvan’. The Calorvan will be touring the length and breadth of the UK throughout 2012 to promote the range of support that Calor offers the caravan, touring and leisure industry.
Launched at ExCel at the Motorhome, Caravan & Camping Show, 14th -19th February 2012, the Calorvan will be the focus of a UK wide tour covering national, regional and local shows, special events supporting distributors and dealers as well as regular information and updates through Facebook, Twitter and a dedicated website.
The initiative is being used to spread the word on the range of support that Calor offers the caravan, touring and leisure sectors.
Calor are encouraging everyone to look out for the Calorvan as it tours the UK, Paul Madge, Calor Leisure Accounts Manager commented, “It’s a great opportunity to show our commitment to the Leisure industry and demonstrate Calor products and services.”
Nick Page, Swift Group Commercial Director commented, “The Calorvan will definitely grab everyone’s attention and will help promote caravan ownership up and down the country.”
well i for one thinks it looks great , Is it so different than having caravan logos plastered all over your van ?. It's a good looking van and not an old wreck that has been tarted up so if any sites object i think its just snobbish ( its only my opinion }. Would it make you feel uncomfortable having it parked in the next pitch ? .

I smile besause I have'nt a clue whats going on... appreciate everything in life especially your friends...
When you have a multi billion pound company that supplies to the leisure industry then what better way to promote their products. It shows just how committed the company is by advertising on the side of a new caravan and why not? I think it's a great idea.
