We have this one from starcamp - http://www.starcamp.co.uk/awning-carpet.php
Its fairly heavyweight but hard wearing and would probably be ok for a long term option. We also put a ground sheet down underneath to keep it clean and give a bit more padding on hard standings. It also wipes clean.......as I can confirm after spilling a whole glass of red wine on it last year!
I also like the kampa awning tiles but think we would need too many for a big awning but they may be ok for a seasonal pitch or porch awning!
