Just put our caravan back on site after winter storage. Put the toilet cassette in & the toilet wont flush, the red light should come on & the motor/pump should kick in but it doesn't,

Any ideas?

Did you empty the top flush tank and flush any remaining water from the pump prior to winterising?

Red light only comes on when cassette is full. Try the fuse ,it's behind cassette might have blown.

I'll try the fuse, yes tank was emptied before winterisation.

If you have not already done so check to see if you need to do the drain down modification on your c250

Modification for C250 CWE

Poor drainage of the pump has been a problem on this model causing pumps to become damaged due to freezing in the wintertime. The modification goes some way to resolving the issue.
