Hi rosewood, All aerials should work with the digital/analogue signals, digital signals in analogue area will not be at full strength as this would interfere with the analogue signal, only when analogue signal is switched off, will the digital signal be boosted to full strength. You may have to re-tune your free view box, depending what part of the country you are in, some of the sites I have visited, I could not get TV to work, I had to retune to that areas transmitter aerial, also if you find you are on a site with poor TV signal you may require a signal booster, as your aerial is a Weekender Super aerial that should have signal booster built in, in which case you would not need a signal booster.
