Dosnt sound to bad, does it have any kit with it? We've got our 2006 swift 480 2 berth up for £7.500 or best offer, we are selling it with just the alko locks and it's breathable cover, we might sell the MM with it, not sure yet.

Try asking your local dealer to look in the book for you. Other than that, you could call Caravan Guard & ask them how much it'll cost to insure, they'll be able to confirm its value for you. They tell me the book price of ours every year when I call them at renewal time.
Look at trade ads - autotrader have a caravan section I believe,also the other web based sales sites, also google make and model may well get some results.
Is it a private sale, and if so is it fully equiped? Does it have a warranty?
I have no idea if its dear or not, but I think a 7 year old van would need to be in exceptional condition to make me spend best part of £8000 on it.
