have spent the last 2 days cleaning the van inside and out ready for our 1st trip this year due to one thing and another.have so missed not going away.

We are off on the 25th too, for almost 3 months, in mid pack right now so total chaos here!
OH cleaned the outside 2 weeks ago, we were away (B&B) 1 night last week, and in our absence our neighbours seem to have been using a power washer......so that side of the van is now filthy again. OH is NOT pleased!!
Cleaned the inside on Sunday, so starting to put stuff in the van now. Worst problem is finding everything to pack. Not the special caravan stuff, but the things like tools and computer stuff that OH has to assemble.
This time he has managed to lose our 3 Internet dongle, so will be no internet if he doesn't find it!!
Have been cleaning ours inside today too with little help from my 2 yr old. I usually do outside too but being 4 months pregnant i thought id leave that to the other half this time

Know the feeling, we got ours ready for our first trip out this last weekend. Hadnt used it since end October last year and this was the first trip out since then.
Four months, too long for me, thats the longest gap I have ever had without using the van and was biting at the bit to get away for the weekend for a break.
I will keep using it during the winter at the end of this year, missed the breaks too much!
day off work on friday, tin tent cleaning day, ready for our 1st outing of the year, off to cumbria sunday, like a few others our tin tent has been stored since last october, way too long, really looking forward to our up coming trip,

We're off for the half term on our second trip of the year. Working up to cleaning the van tonight, one small DIY job to do, but other than that ready to go.
