I am about to pick up a new caravan and I am looking for a recommendations for both a good quality hitch and wheel lock. It will be for an alko hitch, not sure if this makes a difference. I will be looking for caravan insurance too, do they tend to specify a certain type to use.

most insurance companies require a hitch lock and a wheel clamp.

I would go for the cheapest thats classed as sold secure because they are all easy to get off. you may not get a choise anyway your insurance company may dictate what they require??
