Google or search on here for Kingswood Canvas in Bristol. They've done several repair & alteration jobs for us over the years & have always provided excellent customer service & first class workmanship. There are lots of firms offering the service you require but we like the way these people do business.

Obviously you'd have to courier or take the awning to them but the may have a deal with a national courier firm to collect & deliver it for you. We're lucky & live within easy driving distance.

We are just about to send ours back to Isabella. They will collect and deliver. The price is not cheap but we didn't consider taking it anywhere else.They will give you a quote over the phone. I spoke to them Friday and the packaging arrived Saturday! 

I had an Isabella Ambassador extended from 1000cm to 1030cm to fit a Bailey Pegasus 524, it was done by Isabella, whilst it is not cheap they did a fantastic job, you can't tell by looking at the awning that it has been extended; it cost £250 in 2010 this included the cost of postage and packing to and from Isabella.

To enquire about the cost and to arrange the work telephone Isabella Repair Rooms on 01844 202099, if you go ahead they will send you the packaging to pack your awning in, you then telephone the courier company to arrange for them to come and collect. I seem to remember it took about 6 weeks from collection to return.

Canvas Repair Centre altered our Dorema to fit our Pegasus .They did a very good job, the awning was collected by courier and returned quite quickly.
