Am starting to panic about having to tow the new van on Thursday . I only have to tow it about 200 yards pathetic or what !!! It needs to come out of dealers gate round dealers fence through dealers gate into storage Iknow I could tow the other one ok and get it into its slot so why is 2 feet going to make so much difference ? Will feel very stupid putting my mirrors on ,then towing to get van straight ,checking them then doing my huge trip lol !!!! Will take me longer to get them right than it will to tow it !
You'll be ok, from another her, I was worried about the extra feet from our old van to our new van, but it wasn't that much different honestly, just make extra allowances and take your time, if it takes you 20 minutes or an hour so what, take a deep breath and say I can do this, and you can, and be positive, you'll do ok, we girls can do anything

Adopt a rescue, rescue dogs make great pets, don't support puppy farms.
The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.

our new van (pick it up in about a month) will be 2 feet longer and I'm also dreading getting it into its parking space!..think the neighbours are in for a laugh!
I think worrying beforehand is par for the course for some of us. I know I do it on and off in the days before I go away. Then I go and everything is ok and I wonder why I wasted energy worrying!!
the truth will out it is far better to know than assume misplaced confidence abounds, glad to see a bit of realism is alive and kicking you'll be ok now that you have thought about it and not been over confident
Let everyone else wait, just deep breathing exercise as you walk up to your car. Think positive " I can do this, of course I can". The more confident you are the easier you will make mistakes, look what over confidence does when drivers think they are better than everyone else no matter what gender.
BUT they do say women are the better drivers according to insurances. YOU now have to prove it.
You will do it and come back and tell us all, what the heck was I worried about. Then you can tell me when it is my turn to tow again, and I am getting worried about it
You should see what the state of the picture is on the game they have on here for reversing into a space. If it was real there would be no trees, no car & no caravan left to reverse again. I have only done it once in all the times I have played it.
