Hi people
Has anybody else had any problems with the 13 pin plug on the caravan. every time I plug in to the car socket I find that the pins of the plug have moved, it means fiddling around with the plug to get everything to line up again.
There seems to be no means of holding the inner part to the outer casing of the plug
Any Ideas

Are you turning the outer part anti-clockwise before you insert then line it up and turn clockwise to lock?

Never had any trouble with mines and i have an adaptor for the trailer too np there either

We had this problem too last Monday and thought we wouldn't be able to get away until our neighbour somehow managed to twist the plug. Our mobile service engineer has told us to get a 13 pin alignment tool, but as yet I haven't been able to find one. I shall email him to ask where I can get one.

Don't think you can buy the alignment tool without buying a new plug, but a spare plug is always handy to have, and you can buy them here;

Hi Thanks for that info. Were in the south of France at the present time and still having problems aligning the pins up you seem to have to turn the plug casing anti clockwise before inserting it. But will definitely order one of those on our return.

Many thanks for all the help and info
