Thanks Tony, there's already one there but it's a 3 pin socket with a flimsy flap, the awning is a porch and won't cover it. Hopefully a straight swap for an EHU socket won't be too tricky.

really, is a caravan a domestic dwelling? ok, any work done should comply with BS7671 2008 amendment 1 2011, but part P does not apply here.

The rules still apply to caravans I believe. Best to check before carrying out any work.
