     I think that the camping &caravanning club web site is terrible and i e mailed to tell them.I got a reply about two weeks later,whilst i enjoy being a member i think they need to make the web site user friendly and not try to be to clever.I only book sites by phone now and have no problems with the staff at the sites.

Ok , so its not really a problem . But i find it very annoying because this is an organisation that has been around longer than most of us have had tents or caravans/motorhomes, an organisation that i am used to having only praise for ,but not at the moment.

There are lots of privately owned sites that have just as good facilities and better web sites .  With the exception of the CC which i have limited but positive experience of i dont have to pay out anything to use these other sites nor have the aggro of  the previously mentioned annoyances.

Yes i know what i can do.....

Come on C&CC i cant believe this is news to you. This is not what your loyal members are used to!
