Very interesting.
My van has an internal water tank and pumps water all around the van to taps and water heater. I used Milton at the start of every year to clean out and sterilise the system, but despite flushing it all out afterwards I kept getting that background taste to the tea for the next couple of trips away.
I dont drink water from the tap - that's why God invented beer bottles and fridges - but do like tea and coffee to taste as good as possible.
Theres a lot in this subject; and more to research yet. Thanks to those who have contributed so far.
