blinds..

Has anyone found a way to stop/cure the problem as its a right royal pain. I know the obvious solution is close the curtains. But the curtains do not do anything as your eyelevel is to far down. I had read about using pipe lagging but could not work out how to use it?

Has any one got any pics of what they have done, or am I being to fussy?

Light shines under my blinds, the only thing that stops mine is to close the flyscreen also as this comes down lower and closes off the last half inch or so

i used pipe lagging,just slit it all along the length and push onto the base of the blind.it does work and only takes seconds to fit. not required on our new van. easy to hide away.

Velcro a 3" skirt of tightly woven fabric on the bottom aluminium bar of the offending blind. Easily removed and still allows ventilation.

22mm pipe lagging works a treat.I came up with this solution last week & thought I had re invented the wheel.
