we had a motor mover fitted last Monday after much humming and haaring.
First weekend away and I don't know how we managed without it. So much easier to site and get back into it's storage space.
Very happy

Most recommend a battery of 105/110AH but the consensus is that a lower AH battery will do the job just as well just not last as long in use. 110 AH battery will last 11 Hours using 10amp 80 AH will last 8 hours. Try it out before forking out for a new battery, after all you managed before you bought the mover so if the battery fails you can revert to the car until you get a new battery.

We couldn't decide wether to get a MM then my husbands health got bad, so we bought one, how we ever manged with out one I'll never know, best thing we did, especially when moving it on to our drive, it gets it in spaces where we could never do by hand or car.Love it.Glad you're finding yours the same
We did change our battery to 110, as our other was ok, but this one last longer and seems to have more oomph.

Adopt a rescue, rescue dogs make great pets, don't support puppy farms.
The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.
Our caravan came with one already fitted. Its brilliant for getting the caravan into its space in storage - it would take ages to get it in without whereas with the mover it takes a couple of minutes. Getting it into position for hitching up is a doddle too.
We went for a Powertouch HD3 from Riversway Leisure, which was on special £769 including the powerbar.
We have an 85ah battery which is the minimum recommended by Powertouch.

Hi yes we have a m/mover on ours Royal Tittan would not be without it , my husband does the controls while I just stand and watch.its so easy no more pushing and tugging it make caravaning all the better...
we have one fitted to our van was on when we got it and i have to say it`s the only thing i havent tested but only because i have no idea how to make the dam thing work
They are worth every penny dont know how we managed without it and now hubby gets its off the drive and hitched all on his own. We did change the battery to 110 because the smaller one let us down a couple of times x
we have just had powrtouch fitted and it makes siting and storing an enjoyable and relaxed situation! Last week had to reverse the van past 2 park cars and then 90 degrees through our small drive way. would have been really hard to do manually as no room for car to turn!
We've got a Rhyno charger and a 4 year old 75ah battery. It moves but not for long so a new battery is essential.
It's prevented a significant number of arguments so far as reversing up to the hitch was guaranteed to spoil the first day. (limited rear visibility from the back of a pick up)
Last year I had to use a car battery on the van for a couple on months due to a dead leisure battery. It was only 55ah but managed to operate the mover to get the van on to a very awkward, long drive with no problems at all - around 8 minutes of use. It still showed no signs of dying after this.
As discussed on here previously, the higher capacity batteries don't push out an extra punch, they'll just take longer to discharge.
I think as long as you have a healthy, well looked after battery you don't need anything bigger than 85ah unless you use non-ehu.
We have a carver 2 mover fitted to our van,It is a must as our street is very narrow,We tried it out last week to check all was ok,It wouldn't work so had to send control box plus remote off to get repaired,It came back today so will get it put back on the van later, then we are away next week in Wales.
