My OH cannot empty our loo without gagging and sometimes actually throwing up, so he takes it over to the point and lifts it up onto the ledge for me but then im the one who has to unscrew the cap and let everything empty away.

To be honest after a nursing career it doesnt really bother me, and its mostly my own waste anyway, but im just not fit enough to complete the job on my own, although i have been known to put the holding tank cassette on the footplate of my mobility scooter and take it up to the point when its been a fair distance away from our pitch, and we are now planning to book more superpitches with an elsan emptying point for next year.
