you may not remove the marks but you can clean it.not easy.fix a large hook on the outside wall of the house at about 7 foot high,and another about 8 foot apart at the same height.this will hold your awning without a struggle.buy an awning cleaner and reproofer and clean with a stiff brush all over the mould/mold use a hose pipe to swill it down with clean water.dry off then reproof.
