Hi, managed to sustain some damage to my awning in the winds this week. I'm looking to replace the little plastic bits on the webbing on the bottom of my Bradcott, and will probably need some appropriate webbing as well.
Does anyone have any idea were I can pick these up online please. My local dealer doesn't stock them.
They are grey in colour, but any colour will do, just like a little letter T with a slot for the webbing to go through.
Hi, we also lost two of our 't' shaped plastic fixings on our Bradcot last week. We did a temporary fix using mini clips that we got from Towsure and these held out through the storm but i would prefer to replace these with the originals, I have been on the Bradcot spares website and these parts are not listed, only the new style moveable ones. It may be worth giving them a call as they may still have some old spares available, when i have phoned in the past they were very helpful. I look forward to hearing how you get on.
I have just ordered some from Glossop caravans for a couple of quid for a pack of 10. Go to their site and click on the Awnings tab on the top. Then find accessories and look for Bradcot poles and spares or something like that. You will see all the pole spares and other bits and pieces. there is a tab somewhere with Bradcot spares that takes you to an empty page but keep looking and you will find them on this site. If I knew how to post a linkfor you I would.
Hi, I have already looked at the above spares and Glossop spares and these are the newer type, we are looking for the sew in type 'T' shaped, the ones above would not work.
Cheers all, will ring Bradcot up to see if they hold them. The ones I'm after are similar to this Michael, just with a thin slit of a hole for the fifteen mill bit of webbing to pass through. This one looks like a cord holds it in place.
I've just checked and we lost most of these of the awning so I could replace the lot with a more modern type if no longer available.
I think quite few of the awning brands use it though.
