I shipley - think you had the easi mover form riversways fitted as we spoke about it on a previous thread. Please just check all the connections on the control box as i fitted one about three weeks ago now and the spade connectors are not the best especially if they have not been crimped together properly, also check if you can that the connectors on the motors are located properly, as all these will give poor results when trying to move your van.

Hope you get it sorted.

It was all paid for thru Riversway they organised the fitting but feel i'm getting rubbish service. I'm the one who had to chase the fitters yesterday and after paying £150 fitting i shouldn't have to be the one trying to see if there's a loose connection, i'm a woman with a back condition so don't even know if i could get down to have a look underneath anyway. But it's naff service that the fitters Autofit dont even come out to check what the actual problem is good job i wasn't going away somewhere important.

Hi, sorry your having all these problems, maybe there is knight in shinning armour that could come to your rescue, sadly i'm on the other other side of the Pennines. There must be somebody on here near to Barnsley whom could have look.

Hope you get it sorted.

Well they're coming back when they have the part it could possibly be tho my thought is it was raining all day would of already had jobs booked in aren't local so will come and have a play with the bits everyone on here's suggesting and bobs your uncle. I wasn't too bothered about going away looking at what the weather was like but it doesn't give me much confidence for the future. The reason i took the fitting option was the fact it gives me 5 years parts and labour warrenty with my dad living 35 miles away he cant just pop over and have a look for me.
