Please accept my apologies for the confusion, the quick lock pads are an additional extra and we could have offered these at the time of ordering. A failure of our upselling skills on the sales line!!

Once again I am sorry if we caused you a ruined break. If you had let me know I could have expressed them to your site so you would have been without the awning for a day.

------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
Our new awning came with small plastic bits (look like something you would use to tidy a cable )with 2 screws each that you actually screw into the caravan sides . Luckily one of the guys from the dealers threw in the pads No way would I use the screwy things
We have just had a new dorema awning looked the in pack and that has come with the plastic bit s with screws like you bob the dealer threw the pads in happy days
