Hi llangatwg,

Please accept my apologies for the confusion, the quick lock pads are an additional extra and we could have offered these at the time of ordering. A failure of our upselling skills on the sales line!!

If you drop me a line I would be happy to supply them carriage free on overnight delivery if this helps you out?

Once again I am sorry if we caused you a ruined break. If you had let me know I could have expressed them to your site so you would have been without the awning for a day.

I hope we can restore your faith in us if you give me the chance!!

David.

well done

No Bob,
There was no means of attaching the roof poles to the van included with awning set.

Pegs will be the next optional extras.

Our new awning came with small plastic bits (look like something you would use to tidy a cable )with 2 screws each that you actually screw into the caravan sides . Luckily one of the guys from the dealers threw in the pads No way would I use the screwy things
