I tend to wet myself all over turn off the shower , soap up and shampoo hair then turn shower on again to rinse off. Have never run out of water. Think I use more water on the washing up than I do in the shower.

It depends on your set-up to some extent, i.e. Internal cold as well as hot tank or cold all from the barrel. The size of your hot water tank is probably the limiting factor, if you shower like at home you will run out of hot water.

Get wet and then turm water off whilst you wash, then rinse off, will not use much water.
