Hi, Can anyone help, I,m not sure how much warranty is given on Bailey Caravans. The part I,m interested in is covering our basin tap, which is leaking.The problem is all our service history is with the caravan down in Dorset where we store it.

My local dealer where we bought the ,van seem to think its only 1 year for the taps, but I have seen elswhere on a forum that its 3 years. The van was registered in November 2009.

Can anyone confirm what it is please

Brilliant  thanks for the replies.To bev+john : I have since found out that Lady Bailey do "Transient Warranty" work, so hopefully we can sort the tap problem out with them as we are only 8 miles away.

To scarletts fan: Many thanks for the link, didn,t think of looking there.

To michael : Totally agree about the dealer. My wife rang Bailey direct, they told her it was 3 years. The local dealer thinks its 1 year, hence total confusion. As things stood earlier today, the only way I could get the tap was through the dealer as they sold us the ,van , but hopefully Lady Bailey can sort it instead.

I may even go to Lady Bailey for any future ,van purchases as well.

We have used Lady Bailey for everything from buying the van from new, awnings, service  etc etc and have got to say that they have been excellent with everything.

Highly recommend them.
