We have a tv that is 12vand mains which can be used from a leisure battery (we never have), just plug it right into the caravan mains. It's nice to have the option though. Bought it from Argos.

I bought something like this I think mine has a slightly larger screen. Been going strong for four or five years now, have used just on the internal battery, charged from both leisure battery and car charger, very useful piece of kit, although I didn't find the aerial much use!
Make sure before you buy that it supports digital tv as mine does, analogue is not much use these days! Mine has both.-------------

I dont think you will find one with an internal battery anymore TBH, at least not without spending megabucks!
does it NEED to have an internal battery, alot are available to run from a 12V supply.
how long run time do you need, Im thinking laterally of a laptop with a freeview/freesat dongle, that could be charged from the car.
