I am looking at getting a Protec cover for the van as it is stored very near to fir trees. Has anyone got one and are they any good. Had one from Towsure on the old van which was good but like the idea of having a tailor made one with proper easy door access.
Any thoughts on them. thanks
We have a protec for our Bailey Unicorn, tailored made, very easy to put on and take off, can still enter the van with it on, has been brillant saves all the rubbish from the air and trees getting on the van, you can even put it on wet and it dries OK as it is very breathable. much better buy in the long term than the cheap ones that just blow about in the wind or mark the paintwork.
We have one, lucky enough to find it SH. Great that it fits like a glove, and you can easily enter the van with it on. Feels like quality material too!
We have one. Fits perfectly and very easy to get on and off. Well worth the extra money. We had a cheaper one for our first van and it was a bu**er to put on.
There is a delay in its delivery due to it being taylor made. Then no one thinks about a cover until this time of year so they may have a back log of orders, so book it asap to be ready for winter. We have one - excellent

Thanks all, i have bitten the bullet and ordered one. Final price was £333 with club 10% discount including the easy fit upgrade for free when ordered in August. Should have been £410 so not bad really.
They have 2 types of cover now. Standard and an Easy fit, by the looks of it the easy fit rolls up at the back so it is easier to get it over the van. Costs an extra £40 on my van but will let you know in 3 weeks how easy it is! there are pictures on their website which show it better
the easyfit is magic, much easier to fit because the back rolls up and is held on velcro, once fitted you let the back down and it is secured by some very strong velcro, worth the extra.

Alpi, having doured those videos out, neither of them answer the question HonorB was asking.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Can anyone help please.
What is the best way to roll our protect cover up tight so it fits in its sleeve? HELP
We lift ours off from the back and lay it upside down infront of the van. i then fold the sides in, then in half again length ways and then role / fold back towards the van. It will fit in the sleeve but I don't usually bother but it takes a bit on man handling!
